As part of my Coaching Practice, I am partnering with Positive Intelligence Inc. to lead a 6-week mental fitness program offered by the CEO and Founder, Shirzad Chamine.
Shirzad Chamine is the author of the New York Times best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, and a Stanford University lecturer. He has taken his breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data he has collected from over 500,000 people to create a 6-week program that helps people rewire their brain for more happiness and success.
Like being physically fit, allows one to climb steep hills with ease, so does being mentally fit allow one to handle life’s challenges easily. Mental fitness increases happiness, satisfaction and a joy-filled life. It leads to a quicker recovery when you are thrown off balance. Negativity is diminished which leads to greater productivity, performance and joy! It takes practice; mental fitness practice empowers a shift to positivity.
Participants have seen dramatically improved performance and productivity and a calm, clear and happier mind.
During the program, you will:

You will join a small group of leaders who are exercising and building their mental muscles through daily PQ reps for 6 weeks.
Designed like a mental fitness bootcamp, the 6 weeks PQ program gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to boost the 3-core muscles of mental fitness: Saboteur interceptor muscle, Sage muscle and self-command muscle.
The program is meant for anyone who wants to improve their mental fitness, and performance. I like working with people who are focused on becoming the best versions of themselves and are ready to put in the work required.
The initial program lasts for 7 weeks. After that, you may subscribe to the next level called GROW
You will need to listen to a one hour training video during the weekend to prepare for the group coaching and guided earning during the week.
You are also required to practice in the mental fitness gym for 15 minutes daily.

You can take the program individually or as a group. Individual coaching comes with an additional investment.
